General Information
All of our rooms feature ceiling fans and air conditioning, private bath, telephone, satellite television and coffee maker. All of our rooms are non-smoking.
The price of our rooms includes a delicious Country Continental breakfast of fresh quiches, fruit, hand-made pastries, juices, coffee and tea served in the Grill Room every day from 7:30am - 10:00am.

Terms & Conditions
Check-In Policies:
• Check-in time is 4:00pm, Check-out time is 11:00am
• Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express & ATM Cards are accepted
• Valid Drivers License and Credit Card required at check-in
Cancellation Policies:
• 7-day cancellation policy. We charge a $25 processing fee for ALL cancellations regardless of cancellation period.
• Two (2) week cancellation policy during Rodeo, Mail Run & the Apple Festival.
Our full policy is stated below:
• An advance payment of 25% (payment in full for 1 night stays) is required on all regular reservations. The balance is due upon arrival. The balance will be charged to the same credit card that was used for your advance payment unless other arrangements have been made. Your advance payment is refundable, less $25 cancellation processing fee, only if you cancel more than the 7 days prior to your arrival. Partial cancellations and changes of reservation dates may not be accepted due to availability and minimum stay requirements (monthly/weekly rental). Refunds for early departures minus a $25 fee will only be made after the room has been rebooked for the remaining days of the reservation.
• Room rates are based on double occupancy, plus room tax.
• $25.00 charge will be added to your room for each person over two (2) guests.
• Smoking is not permitted in any room. Smoking in a room will result in an additional charge equal to one night's stay.
• Theft or damages will result in an additional charge. A complete room inventory is conducted daily.
• Should you wish to purchase any room items, please enquire during your stay.
• Rollaway beds are available at $15.00 per night.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please check your room for personal items at departure.
• No pets allowed in any room.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
